Disposable pipette tips extraction consists of a solid‐phase extraction in which the sorbent is poorly dispersed in a pipette tip, which allows a quick and dynamic contact between the aspirated analyte from the sample and the solid phase. It is a technique used particularly in food and forensic analysis, since it requires a small amount of sample and solvent. This article highlights the principles, advantages and disadvantages of the disposable pipette tips extraction method and reviews recent applications.  相似文献

We obtain the convergence in law of a sequence of excited (also called cookies) random walks toward an excited Brownian motion. This last process is a continuous semi-martingale whose drift is a function, say ??, of its local time. It was introduced by Norris, Rogers and Williams as a simplified version of Brownian polymers, and then recently further studied by the authors. To get our results we need to renormalize together the sequence of cookies, the time and the space in a convenient way. The proof follows a general approach already taken by Tóth and his coauthors in multiple occasions, which goes through Ray-Knight type results. Namely we first prove, when ?? is bounded and Lipschitz, that the convergence holds at the level of the local time processes. This is done via a careful study of the transition kernel of an auxiliary Markov chain which describes the local time at a given level. Then we prove a tightness result and deduce the convergence at the level of the full processes.  相似文献

An efficient synthetic method for 3-aryl-5-dichloromethyl-2-isoxazolines has been established. Reactions between anhydrous chloral and acetophenones in hot acetic acid lead to 1-aryl-4,4,4-trichloro-3-hydroxybutan-1-ones (chloralacetophenones), which provided 1-aryl-4,4-dichlorobut-3-en-1-ones (2,2-dichlorovinylacetophenones) by dehydration and subsequent electrochemical reduction. These β,γ-unsaturated enones reacted with hydroxylamine yielding oxime intermediates whose treatment with aqueous sodium hydroxide gave novel 3-aryl-5-dichloromethyl-2-isoxazolines in fair to high yields. The molecular structure of a member of this family of compounds, 5-dichoromethy1-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-isoxazoline, was determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Two new endiandric acid derivatives, beilschmiedic acid F ( 1 ) and beilschmiedic acid G ( 2 ), together with three known constituents, beilschmiedic acid A, beilschmiedic acid C, and sitosterol 3‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside, were isolated from the stem bark of Beilschmiedia anacardioides. Their structures were elucidated mainly by using a combination of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR techniques. The structure and relative configuration of beilschmiedic acid G ( 2 ) was also confirmed by X‐ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献

We analyse the experimental evidence of the hydration force near phospholipid bilayers when the “solvent” is a solution of carbohydrates. Two cases must be clearly distinguished: when sugar is dissolved, depletion causes a supplementary attractive force, while in the case of sugar linked to the lipid the contact pressure increases by orders of magnitude. Attractive interaction inferred between bilayers is sometimes derived from indirect evidence, i.e. scattering, attraction between layers adsorbed, shape of phase boundary limits, and without the simultaneous determination of the osmotic compressibility. Generally, water molecules in the first hydration shell of sugar compete with water molecules bound (by more than one kT in free energy) to lipid head-groups. A general result is that the decay length of any repulsive effect remains close to 0.2 nm, even in concentrated sugar solutions. A tentative general explanation of this experimental fact is given together with consequences, such as the possibility of several types of critical points appearing in bilayer stacks. Decay length as well as effective contact pressure is considered with respect to carbohydrate activity.  相似文献

Two novel ternary borosilicides R9Si15–xB3 (R = Tb, x = 1.80, R = Yb, x = 1.17) were synthesized from the initial elements using tin flux method. Their crystal structures were determined by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction. Both refer to space group R32, Z = 1: a = 6.668(2) Å, c = 12.405(4) Å [R1 = 0.027, wR2 = 0.031 for 1832 reflections with Io > 2σ (Io)] for Tb9Si15–xB3, and a = 6.5796(3) Å, c = 12.2599(5) Å [RF = 0.052, wR = 0.090 for 1369 reflections with Io > 2σ (Io)] for Yb9Si15–xB3. The structures represent a new structure type, derived from that of AlB2, with ordering in the metalloid sublattice resulting in distorted [Si5B] hexagons. The presence or absence of boron in this ordered structure is discussed on the basis of difference Fourier syntheses, interatomic distances, structural analysis, and theoretical calculations in relation with the parent structures of the binaries AlB2 and Yb3Si5 (Th3Pd5 type of structure). Theoretical calculations show substantial covalent interactions between the metal and nonmetal elements. The small percentage of silicon atoms, which are missing in these nonstoichiometric compounds, probably allows strengthening boron-metal and boron-silicon bonding.  相似文献
